Working principle of JHF and JBC pulse bag filter

JHF and JBC pulse bag dust collectors introduce dust containing gas into the bag filter through the inlet, and filter it through the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas flows from the inside of the filter bag to the upper chambers and is discharged from the outlet through a long Venturi tube. When the dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag reaches a certain value, pulse blowing is controlled by the program at a scheduled time, that is, high-pressure air is sprayed towards the long Wen tube while the purified air is blown back into the filter bag, forming a large pressure difference to clean the dust and achieve the goal of dust removal. The resistance of the entire equipment and system is maintained stable, and the back blown dust falls to the bottom of the lower box and is discharged and recovered by the screw conveyor. The control devices designed inside the pulse bag filter generally include two types: pressure control device and time control device. The pressure control device of the dust collector is a differential pressure transmitter or pressure instrument, which can detect the pressure values of the dust removal chamber and the clean air chamber online.

The time control device of the pulse bag filter is a time relay, which can record time and send signals according to requirements. After receiving the pulse signal, the pulse control equipment of the dust collector will open each electromagnetic pulse valve in the set order, causing the spray pipe to spray the compressed air in the gas storage bag into the Venturi tube. When the airflow passes through the Venturi tube, it will induce a large amount of surrounding air to enter the filter bag, causing the filter bag to instantly expand and shake off the ash cake layer accumulated on the filter bag. After completing the dust removal process, the dust collector will generate negative pressure airflow again, causing the filter bag to retract and start a new dust removal process. When the pulse bag filter is working, the dust filter bag continues to shake in a state of expansion and contraction, and the ash cake layer outside the filter bag falls into the ash hopper under the action of inertia, thus maintaining the timely cleaning of the filter bag.
